Refund policy

At Silmona, we want you to shop with absolute confidence. We have designed our returns, exchanges, and refunds process to be as clear, transparent, and seamless as possible.
1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
You can easily raise a return request within 2 days of the delivery of your order for Bio-Compatible Metal Jewellery,  Staintless steel , and lab created moissanite stones.
•    Promotional Offers: Products purchased under "Buy 1 Get 1" or similar bundled offers are eligible for return, but refunds for these specific items will be issued exclusively as Silmona Store Credit.
•    Discounted Items: Items sold at a standard strike-through or discounted price (without the application of a manual coupon code) are fully eligible for return.
•    Gold Orders: For the return of gold products, please ensure that any freebies or promotional items received with the order are returned along with the main product.
2. Mandatory Return Conditions
To ensure a successful return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
•    Items must be absolutely unused, unworn, and returned with the original packaging, tags, and certificates fully intact.
•    Unboxing Video Requirement: An unboxing video is strictly required to process any claims regarding missing items, damaged products, or empty parcels. Please ensure you continuously record the package being opened from its original, sealed state for your claim to be considered valid.
3. How to Initiate a Return Request
1.    Navigate to the Return/Exchange section on the Silmona website, or click here: [Insert Link to Return Portal, e.g., returns.silmona.com]
2.    Enter your Silmona Order ID (e.g., #SM12345) and your registered Contact Number.
3.    Select the specific item(s) you wish to return.
4.    Provide the necessary details: select a reason for the return, upload a minimum of two clear images of the product, specify the pickup address and date, and choose your preferred refund method.
5.    Review your information and submit the return request.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds are securely processed within 7–10 working days (in accordance with RBI guidelines) following the successful pickup and quality verification of the returned item at our facility.
1.    Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited directly back to the original payment method used.
2.    COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders: Refunds will be transferred to the UPI ID or Bank Account provided by you during the return request process.
5. Specific Exchange Rules for lab created moissanite Jewellery
•    Lab created moissanite Jewellery products can primarily only be exchanged for other Lab created moissanite jewellery items.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
•    Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry.
•    Products explicitly marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale" on the product page.
7. Exchange Policy (Within 10 Days)
If you face an issue with your delivered product, you may request an exchange within 10 days of delivery based on the following criteria:
Issue Faced    Exchange Resolution
Damaged Item Received    Exchanged for the exact same item
Wrong Item Received    Exchanged for the exact same (correct) item
Size Issue    Exchanged for the same item in a different size/variant
Note: If the exact replacement item is out of stock, our support team will assist you in finding the closest available variant or process a full refund.
8. How to Initiate an Exchange Request
1.    Visit the Return/Exchange section on our website, or click here: [Insert Link to Return Portal]
2.    Enter your Silmona Order ID and Contact Number.
3.    Select the item(s) from your order that you wish to exchange.
4.    Provide the required information: specify an exchange reason, upload at least two clear images of the item, and enter your pickup address and preferred date.
5.    Choose whether you want an exchange for the same item (due to damage/wrong item) or for a different size/colour.
6.    Review all provided information and finalize your exchange request.
