Cash on Delivery (COD): Cash on Delivery is available for select orders across India, subject to the eligibility conditions outlined below.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Eligibility & Restrictions

To ensure secure transactions for our premium product lines, Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available in the following scenarios. All such orders must be placed using prepaid payment options only:

  • Lab-Grown Diamond (LGD) Jewellery: All orders containing LGD products.
  • Solid Gold Jewellery: All orders containing solid Gold products (e.g., 9K, 14K, 18K).
  • High-Value Orders: Any order where the total cart value exceeds ₹10,000.
  • Personalized Items: Orders containing custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry.
  • International Orders: Any order with a shipping address outside of India.

Note: Silmona reserves the right to disable the COD option for specific accounts or pin codes based on past delivery refusals or logistical unserviceability by our courier partners.

3. Payment Security

All online transactions on Silmona are processed through highly secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not directly store your credit card, debit card, or highly sensitive net banking details on our servers.
